Lowell Brien

Vice President of Operations

With 25 years of construction and industrial engineering experience, Mr. Brien’s background includes 16 years of pipeline construction and eight years with a major HVAC manufacturer specializing in gas package units up to 30 tons. Mr. Brien has designed and managed construction of new manufacturing plants and modifications to existing facilities. He began working in the field on pipeline construction as a project engineer and foreman before moving to the corporate office in Houston, TX to estimate and manage projects. He was formerly a partner in a foundation business which specialized in construction of pits and bases for high tonnage stamping/forming presses with capacities over 300 tons. Brien is the current qualifier holding licenses in thirteen different states for pipeline and utility construction. Brien completed an Associate Degree in Applied Science at Houston Community College.
