Richard Hill

Vice President of Northeast Integrity & Construction

Mr. Hill has more than 50 years’ experience in the pipeline construction industry. He started his career in 1968 as a laborer, later became a Journeyman Apprentice, and by the mid-70’s worked as a Pipe Foreman for several companies. He spent 30 years with a major pipeline company in the Northeast serving as a Superintendent, Director and Vice President, overseeing integrity, modernization and facility programs. He joined USPL in 2018 and spearheads our Modernization, Integrity and Maintenance (MIMs) division in Chester Springs, PA.
