Luke Kesner

Vice President of Operations

A third generation pipeliner, Mr. Kesner began his pipeline career in 1997 as a Journeyman Apprentice working in the summers while attending school. He was offered a supervisory position in 2006 and later, held successive management positions at other pipeline contractors, including US Pipeline, before accepting his current position as Vice President of Operations for US Pipeline. Over the past 25 years he has garnered broad experience in mainline pipeline and facility construction, as well as modification, replacement, and integrity operations. His experience has included extensive involvement in business development, project estimation and scheduling, contract evaluation and negotiations, and project management and controls, as well as the development and ongoing oversight of internal management processes for US Pipeline.
