Luke Kesner

Vice President of Project Controls

A third generation pipeliner, Mr. Kesner began his pipeline career as a Journeyman Apprentice in the summers while attending school. He was offered a supervisory position in 2006 and later, was the Director of Project Management for a prominent construction and engineering firm before accepting his current position as Director of Project Controls for US Pipeline. Over the past 15 years he has garnered broad experience in pipeline and facility construction, modification, replacement, and integrity work. His experience has included extensive involvement in project estimation, contract negotiations, set-up and monitoring of project controls, ongoing project management, and operations management. Kesner has had direct participation in more than 30 major pipeline projects.
